Need I say more?

envy! we can’t take full sized bikes on our trains and folding bikes are only allowed after peak hours — not a viable bi-modal commute 😦

  2. I am fortunate. In the SF Bay Area, the caltrain is ok with full-size bikes, but the subway (BART) is not. Thankfully, I don’t use the BART very often, and if I do, I make sure I take my folding bike. The folding bike is best overall, since even if the bike car is maxed out for regular bikes, which thankfully is rare today, I can still get on with a folding one.

FYI: My folding bike is getting a little TLC at the shop which is why I was riding my rando bike that day.
